This is a team appointed by the pastor and leadership to undertake various church projects with minimal interference to day to day ministry activities. It acts on behalf of the church leadership and congregation to guide various projects through the programming, budgeting, design and implementation. It has responsibility to ensure Timeliness in goals Execution, aligning projects with the overall vision, spearheading Fundraising for projects.
