Rev Edward Wafula is the presiding overseer at BDC. He is an inspirational speaker, a Corporate Trainer, an author, a Project Management expert, an Information Systems Security Auditor, an entrepreneur, and Change Agent. He is Certified in Governance, Risk and Compliance, a Certified Information
Systems Auditor (CISA); Certified ITIL Foundation and Certified Project Management Professional (PMP). He holds a Master of Arts Degree in Project Planning and Management from the University of Nairobi, and a bachelor's Science Degree in Information Technology from the Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology (JKUAT). He also holds a Diploma in Theology from the International School of Ministry (ISOM).
He has served in various capacities as a church minister. He was a Youth leader at Victory Centre Nairobi, He was Pastor and Chairman of the Finance and Project Committee in First Love Pentecostal Church Nairobi, and an Associate pastor at Faith Gospel Church. Hitherto, he has authored the following life-changing titles; "The Blessed.
Life"; "I must be Successful"; "The Power of Gratitude"; "Your Long Awaited"; "Top Achievers
Planner"; "Gratitude Journal for Youth"; and "Gratitude Journal for Adults".
He is married to Pastor Lucy Wafula, with whom they have been blessed with four children: Matthew Wafula, Mary Nekesa, Joy Upendo and Israel Peter.
