About our church
Believers Discipleship Chapel is a family of believers in Tassia, Embakasi — a place where destinies are shaped, lives are transformed, and the love of Christ is made tangible.
Who we are
A house of God in the heart of Tassia
We are more than a gathering. We are a family of believers and a sanctuary for those yearning for a deeper encounter with God — gathered around the Word of God and the person of Jesus Christ.
Through Neema Operations, our welfare arm, we care for the members of this church and our neighbours — feeding, clothing, educating and mentoring, without discrimination. What we preach on Sunday, we practise through the week.

Our mission
To make disciples of Jesus Christ — bringing people into the fold of Christ through the good news of the gospel, and equipping and empowering them to serve God.
Our vision
That the people of Tassia and beyond would come to know Christ, grow deep in His Word, and be transformed — in body and soul — for a better life here and eternal life thereafter.
What we live by
Gather. Serve. Celebrate.
Gather
We come together as a family of believers to worship God and encounter Him in His Word.
Serve
We care for the welfare of our members and our neighbours — feeding, clothing and mentoring, without discrimination.
Celebrate
We make disciples equipped to serve God, and we rejoice together in all He has done.
What we believe
Rooted in the Word, centred on Christ
The Word of God
We hold to the sound, Bible-based teaching of the whole counsel of God.
Jesus Christ
We believe in Jesus — His death for our sin, and His resurrection from the dead.
Salvation by grace
Salvation is the free gift of God, received by faith, not earned by works.
The Great Commission
We are sent to make disciples of all nations and to carry His love to our community.

Where we serve
Tassia, Embakasi
We are located in Tassia, in Embakasi — the most populous sub-county in Nairobi, home to nearly a million people. It is a fast-developing area, but one where many live below the poverty line, and where women and the youth are hit hardest.
In these circumstances the church has a role to play: to shape lives, to meet real needs, and to bring people into the fold of Christ. That is the heart behind Neema Operations.
